4-year Chinese-taught Day School
1. Effective from the academic year of 2012,
students from 4-year Chinese-taught Day School are required to accrue at
least 32 credits, which include fundamental required
courses (20 credits) and classified required courses (12 credits).
2. Classified
required courses consist of three fields, and each field is subdivided into 3
categories. To fulfill the 12 credits of classified required courses, all
students are required to take courses from the fields of liberal arts and a
second area according to their field of study, i.e. students from engineering
and digital design colleges should take classified courses from the field of
social sciences, while students from business and humanities & social
sciences colleges should take courses from the field of natural science.
3. All students are also
required to receive a foreign language
certificate and computer literacy for graduation.
